Walking In Memphis

I wasn't able to take any photos today but I thought it would be cool to take a look back at June 25, 2013 and my trip to Memphis, Tennessee...part of a post high school graduation road trip with Chance and his buddy, Austin.
On this day we visited Graceland and watched the sunset over the Mississippi River before checking out the downtown area. This is the scene that greeted us at the entrance to legendary Beale Street - the heart of Memphis music and entertainment.
I can think of no better accompaniment to this glimpse of the neon bedecked heart of Memphis than one of my favorite songs... a little number by Marc Cohn - Walking In Memphis.
