Oysters

As a birthday treat Cathleen took me to lunch at Samphire in Inveraray, an excellent restaurant which only opened a couple of years ago and which specialises in local seafood.

These Loch Fyne Oysters , lightly grilled with  locally grown tiny spinach leaves and Mull cheddar , were delicious and showed yet again how great Argyll & Bute produce can be.
