Come on, follow me!!!

The girls all slept ok........not too early a start, roundabout 7 I heard Isabella, mummy and daddy got up,with her.......then hub went down and made a cup,of tea for us. Olivia surfaced next, followed by Paige and Caitlyn.

We looked after the younger two, whilst the older girls went with Son and DiL to the water park in Blackpool...they all had a great time, including lunch out. They bought some treats, which they brought back to,shRe with their sisters.

We got the little ones ready, Olivia wanted to go and feed the ducks........we'd just got Isabella in her pushchair and set off, when the heavens opened, so it was a quick dash back home until it passed, then off we went again.

Olivia loved the ducks, they surrounded her, she kept trying to stroke them ;-) Isabella fell asleep, we walked to the paper shop then back home, Olivia was very good so she had a little treat. Bella slept for 2.5 hours.....good timing, as we had just finished lunch when she woke up.......she liked the cottage pie too, and some her yoghurt ended up all over me and the chair in her attempts to feed herself ;-)

We played lots of games, colouring, watched TV, the girls climbed all over grandad ;-). The rest of the gang arrived home late afternoon, all needed showers and hair shampoos, then the two little ones shared a bath, whilst I made some dinner, and hub picked some fruit, beans, tomatoes, cucumber and potatoes for them to take home later.

After dinner the girls had a mad half hour before it was time for them to pack up their things and load everything into the cars and head home.

I liked this "follow the leader" shot of three of the girls, that I managed to grab during their playtime... unfortunately eldest, Paige, was leading the way, with Isabella following second, but she couldn't keep up, bless her, so I couldn't get a shot of all four of them :-/

Anma and grandad are pooped now, lovely to see them all, but boy it's tiring......feeling our ages tonight ;-)
