Night Hawk

Night Hawk is Norway's recent addition to the International relay scene. This is it's 4th year running, and with a participant record this year, it is definitely on the way up. It has an interesting format that makes it less hardcore than 10Mila or Jukola. All night legs commence as a mass start (3 for women, and 4 for men) at about 10:30. The second half of the race restarts as a chasing start at 11AM the next morning, meaning everyone can enjoy a decent nights sleep! I didn't run as my right ankle is still recovering. Pictured is the men's mass start, 1 hr after the leaders set off.
