Something to brighten the day

Another dull and dreary day so felt like blipping something cheerful and here we have a leaf from my lovely Spiraea japonica shrub which is turning a pinky red before going purple.  Looks like we might see some sunshine tomorrow, woo hoo, can't wait :)  Misty's friend has now gone home, we always miss her when she goes, but she'll be back again soon.
