Camellia

CCN and I visited our good friends Jim and Margaret this afternoon.  We were a couple of days behind schedule in wishing Jim a very happy birthday, however he's a good sport and as always made us very welcome.

It's wonderful to have friends like Jim and Marg.  We know we can call in any time and there will always be a cuppa and a chat on offer.  Now there's one thing we can't grow at Wombat Hollow and that's camellias, so I resigned myself to taking a photo of this glorious bloom that was sitting proudly on their kitchen window sill.  Not quite a macro so I won't tag it with the TT64 tag being so brilliantly hosted by Osuzanna this month.
