Harvest time

Late afternoon, and I could hear a combine harvester working somewhere around the village. I was determined to get a shot of one, so I went out for a walk to try and find it. The field was at the other end of the village, and I walked round the perimeter to get a few shots when it stopped nearby and the driver leaned out and asked if I would like a ride. Like a ride??? Of course I would! So I then spent about an hour in the cab while he finished off that particular field. A great little adventure!
