New tent

Our new tent has arrived, the dogs seem happy with it. We had been considering a camp trailer but our budget just couldnt stretch to that so we have bought a much bigger tent and some more camping accessories. Its a vango tent, our smaller tent is also a vango and has been fantastic. They are a scottish based company from Govan and their brand name is an anogram of this. Being scottish made they seem to endure heavy rain and strong wind well. We set it up in the garden this afternoon to see what it was like!

This morning we made a new pen for the hen and her chick, then relocated the ducks and ducklings to her old pen so they are out of the shed. This afternoon we have brought in the two cattle that are to go to the abattoir tomorrow. I think if we hadnt had all this going on we would have been camping at the beach instead!
