Curling

In the front end of the delivering team Gatekeeper was hoping to do a double takeout against the opposition and her concentration was immense. Feet firmly implanted on the flowerhead she was up against Team Meadow Brown in the final for the Ladies Curling gold! As the Skip, she knew she had to pull her proboscis out and give it a curl that would knock the opposition off the sheet! 


Starting with a slow move then gradually unfurling as you can see here, her curl became  the curl of a champion, finally then straightening and diving into the flowerhead with a plunge to the uproar of the excited crowd!! Anxious seconds ticked by for the score to appear on the board to confirm what Team GB (Gatekeeper Butterfly) had hoped for all along. A new WR and gold medal winner!
