Abstract Flower

As a newcomer to Abstract Thursday I thought I would proceed carefully and just add a little bit of abstraction to an ordinary flower subject. I enjoyed playing with all the Distort features of Photoshop as I have never bothered before and they can certainly produce some zany images but thought it would be nice if nature could produce some zigzag patterns into the veins of flower petals
