Brownlee blast

I watched the Brownlee brothers take gold and silver in the triathlon - superb. I just had to go out on the road bike after that - for the first time in months as I have been so enjoying the off road biking this summer.

It was nice to be on the tarmac again - a real full on blast for 25 miles. I did stop very briefly though for a photo at one of my favourite spots on the River Test.
