Scroll of Bayeux

On our final full day in France we visited Bayeux. A town with a medieval scroll that was made to tell the story of William the Conquerer; a French king from England. Or the other way around... I'm not quite sure anymore. The scroll or tapestry was originally 70 meters long and 50 cm high.

After the visit to this museum, we had a drink and then we waved my girlfriend's brother, wife and child goodbye and paid a visit to the cathedral of Bayeux.
