We will find the sun

It can feel like a leap of faith to set off in the pouring rain and hope the forecast for a sunny afternoon in the North East is correct. It was!

Gordon had research to do around Seaham (makes a change from me doing all the research!) and I will always go to the sea, given the chance. So off we set. The weather got better as we travelled east, until we arrived in Seaham and it was sunny and warm. Gordon clambered about and I wandered along the seashore and sat in the sun with my book – bliss!!

On the way home we discovered Nose’s Point Nature Reserve. The perfect place for more clambering and more sitting in the sun reading. This is the view from my spot – a little windy as you can see, but very pleasant indeed.
