A One Star Show

That's our team's performance at Meadowbank in the weekly football and no reference to any other shows that might be on in the venue. Uneven teams, not helped by the hot conditions that sapped what little fitness there might have been in much of our team, poor finishing and inspired goalkeeping meant that the game for us from about halfway through was all about scoring a goal. Which we eventually managed with almost the last kick of the game. They scored lots.
