Wow has it been hot today! BAD MAN!

Had a bigger attempt at packing, then Tracy (the cleaner) came over with her daughter and we had a good chat. Went to Woking, mainly because they have a branch of The Works. G wanted to look at some crafty things. It seems that a number of stores have "Closing Down" signs but it is to move into another Mall, rather than them actually closing down.

Had to pop into Guildford after that, and then had a bit of a wander round. It was hard not to notice how quiet it is everywhere. Everyone's gone on holiday!!

And in the evening, G finished more of the railing of the decking. Fantastic that it got overcast at just the right time, and it's been good to have some rain too! :)

The packing is almost done. It's worn us both out! I'm going to blame it on it being the hottest day of the year so far!

I liked the sun shining through the trees on the way home... which happened to be via Gomshall Mill to have a glass of Pimms. :)  I didn't quite have a right setting, but G really likes this image.
