Totnes

We spent a couple of hours in this attractive, and very "arty" South Devon town, M being attracted by the magic words "shoe sale" that most ladies find difficult to resist. The shop in question is different and not part of an enormous chain. Success was achieved by M with new sandals and me resisting, resolutely, any purchase at all. Further up the street we also saw a sign "Alternative Gentlemens Hairdressers" and wondered what it meant? Answers on a postcard??
