Debris-carrying lacewing larva

I've taken a few photos of bugs today but this is the one that has fascinated me the most.  It's only a few millimetres long but I think it is a green lacewing larva carrying what looks like some bark as camouflage.

Back of my knee is now bruised.  

Icing it. Resting it. Irked a bit.
