Wind in the Willows

This evening we visited the theatre in Stratford. Not the Royal Shakespeare or The Swan or The Other Place, but "The Attic" which seats about 50 or 60 people and is next to Cox's Yard, (pub and restaurant). We saw Wind in the Willows and it was absolutely brilliant. They had us all in hysterics with their antics. The photo above is Toad and the Chief Weasel who did a "Meet the Cast" with the children at the end. Toad's car was a motorised mobility scooter which he whizzed about on.
I'm posting this as a back-blip, and after seeing Toad on the mobility scooter, Beck kept pointing at the scooters the following days and shouting "There's Toady". Embarrasing.................
We visited Charlecote Park today, quite by accident. We set off to go to Coughton Court, but when we reached the gates we found that it does not open on Tuesdays. A quick re-think on the move, and we all re-convened at Charlecote Park. We have to move about in two cars as there are 4 adults and 2 children. My Extra is the boys making a den at Charlecote - another of the "50 things to do before you're 11 3/4"  accomplished.
