The Fixer

It's fixed!
LooseCanon has managed to fix my lens! And here is the proof. ( from left, LooseCanon Ali and Lucie)
They are incredibly complicated and he has taken it apart and put it back together completely at least twice, and tweaked other bits a few times. He could do it with his eyes closed now! ( He claims)
There was one slightly worrying moment when we had to scrabble around on the floor looking for the tiniest little nut/collar/ bush, not sure what it's official name is but it is soooo tiny. We found it eventually, and I realised how dusty the floor was!
I haven't had the bill yet. Should be able to keep him happy with a fish pie and some coffee and walnut cake!
