Anchored Candy No. 5

A beautiful day in Boston, with sunny skies and warm temperatures, but not too humid.  We took our visiting friends to the Museum of Fine Arts today, where we enjoyed strolling through the new North American Wing, as well as looking at some Impressionists.  We also ate a delicious lunch outside on the terrace of the museum's beautiful restaurant, Bravo where we laughed, drank wine, and savoured scallops and crab cakes.

This shot was taken just after lunch -- this is a modern sculpture by an artist named Vivian Beer.  It is entitled Anchored Candy No. 5, and even though it is part of the museum's collection, visitors are encouraged to sit on it.  Here you can see Diana is quite comfortable and relaxed as John perches shyly on one side!
