The Day After ............

     Everything is wet and green.  The storm has blown in and whirled away to create havoc with the states and parts of the US.   All in all, we are very lucky, for it could have been a lot worse.  But, in the storms wake, the grass is green, the leaves have taken on an hue, and the birds are happy flying around, dive bombing on each other.  There is still a lot of mess to clean up, but thats ok.  The worst of the dead wood has come down, the weak trees are being chainsawed as I type this and should we have another storm come our way this season, the effects should be less difficult and disruptive.
