Nibbled!

Home from my weekend course on photographing fungi.Ironically, we didn't get much chance to photograph fungi - it was more theory than practice, but still very useful and worthwhile. The weather yesterday didn't lend itself to outdoor photography, and somehow the time this morning disappeared very quickly. There was an opportunity to stay for the afternoon - but most people wanted to get off home as they had travelled considerably further than me, many from London and beyond, so I left too. I got home in time to pop down to the local cemetery to see if the fungi there were starting to show. There were indeed a number there. This is a small group of Laccaria laccata (Deceivers) that had arranged themselves in a neat little group. There were also a couple of waxcaps, and appropriately for a cemetery, some Weeping Widows.
