Feeding Time

Sunday is derelict themed on blip, I toyed with the idea of a self portrait as I'm a wreck at the moment, look a fright (wreck of the Hesperus springs to mind!) and have been feeling pretty yucky all weekend.
It was good to get out briefly for a bit of fresh air in between showers/torrential downpours. I'll spare everyone a shot of my lurgy-fied face so here's a Hoverfly on ragwort instead. (totally not derelict themed at all! )

Still feeling rubbish tonight, cold/flu symptoms, always the same after starting back at work. Going to dope myself up and have an early night in the hope that knocks it on the head. Night all!
