Post Junior Parkrun Treat

Mmm, coffee was mine not the cake. C ran with the Garmin today, to help with her pacing. The result was a 55second PB and an average pace if 7.44per mile! 9.55 for 2km, I was impressed. Will ran with me again. Not as quick as last week but still good. I will let him run solo next time.

We visited Decathlon in Stevenage and collected a parcel along with a few other bits that fell in the basket, including new trainers for W.

Then we hit homework hell. C got herself in a right twist about her homework, partly because she wants it to be perfect and partly because she wanted to be doing something else. I know she was tired from yesterday, but...
