Change of plan

Had planned an exotic, and highly recommended vegan paella dish for today. However once it came to it I just couldn't bring myself to use the SUPER EXPENSIVE rice from yesterday. I know., I know .. its a crime not to use it! 

So instead you get my infamous and super tasty creamy, basil pasta with a side of asparagus, avocado and potato salad.  For those who care, that's ALL the food groups right there on a plate! 

I also have a freezer full of the most delicious vegan curry! Not too shabby for an non-domesticated Blipper such as myself :)
