Unusual sight?

Watch the internet and you'll see it positively heaving with anti-ISIS entries. Some go so far as to be Anti-Islam (Of  all shades) despite the fact that Daesh seems more a cut-throat band of outlaws than a religion.
Today was my 66th Blood donation. Ought to have been manyMANY more but I had a sabbatical a while ago. Point is that, spread over a period of approx 50 years, this is the first, obviously Islamic, donor I have seen in all those years. The alternative will be out aplenty upon the morrow I'll guess
