Temple of the Muse

A rather wonderful and unexpected statue here at the banks of the Tweed. Four figures, but none complete although they look like it from a distance.

We've had a nice long riverside walk punctuated by coffee and rather fantastic cake in the Main St Trading Co with its groovy hare logo. After a short sunbathe in the garden, it was all change into the bike gear and off for a loop past Scott's View. A wrong turn or two added a wee bit of distance, but it's all so lovely we didn't mind.
