Coming in to land...

I thought I would spend a bit of time down at the harbour today trying to capture some birds in flight. Actually the harbour was pretty quiet today as it is a Monday and there are no fish catches being landed. Whilst there a nearly always birds around capturing them in flight as they fly between the moored boats can be quite difficult as there are so many obstacles to confuse the autofocus. However out of two or three hundred images I managed to get a few really sharp ones. The attraction of this particular bird for me is the large prawn in its beak.
