Memorable

When I moved into my new house there was no fireplace or mantelpiece. I decided I would put this bookcase and cupboard in the centre of the wall in the living room. The cupboard was Simon's and he used it as a bookcase but it is filled now with memorabilia. All the books, photos and objects have a particular memory or are associated with someone from my life. The main big A4 pictures are regularly changed . I love looking at all the things and remembering.
One memorable moment in the cupboard's lifetime was when Matthew's hamster sammy escaped his cage and set up home underneath it, it did take a few days to lure it out!!!!
