Good day at work today then a quick turnaround before training when I got home. On the way down the road I bumped into Julie who I'd hardly seen in ages. It was good to get a chat and a catchup, but it was a fairly brief one as I had to get down the road.

Good night at training too where Iain took us through working with ropes.
