The First Day of the Rest of My Life

Most memorable!
I realised when I got up at 9am this morning that all my teacher ex colleagues would already be in school on the first day of the new school year!  That means that today has been the first day of my proper retirement!  The First Day of the Rest of My Life!  I can remember the start of the school year ten years ago when I thought with horror that I still had to experience another ten years of it!  Didn't think this day would ever come!

So!  How to spend a memorable day?

We went off roading!  Brilliant!  This is me doing a "Look no hands" moment, stationary, on 3 wheels in the middle of a muddy track!  Loved it!

Bring it on!  The rest of my life!
