Waves and a warship

Hope this isn’t an omen for the Rio Games, but there are a few things rocking the boat at the moment. The President facing impeachment, a government in limbo, corruption scandals on all sides and Rio state completely broke. As the Aussies discovered and Brazilians are uncomfortably aware, some facilities are unfinished and the quality of the work is in question.
 
So what to do? Guess I’ll take a deep breath and, like a true carioca, assume (hope?) that all will come out alright in the end. – and that all those police and soldiers won’t need their guns.
