Mouthwatering

I decided to have a go at some real close-ups for a blip today. This was a tiny green coloured fly (about 2-3mm long), I have no idea was sort it was as I have not see one like it before. It is pictured sitting on a budlia flower in the sun. It wasn't eating so I don't know why its mouth was watering so much.
