Today I was invited by an employee and the mill to join him on this evening on one of the club rides. Having never cycled in a group before I was amazed how much easier it is when riding in a group, and consequently how much faster you could go! Didn't feel like I was riding any harder than usual but went a full 5km/hr quicker! zoom zoom zoom
