Coming up to boil

Well, after all of the incidents of yesterday, today was better. G only had to work for three hours. I heard back from the garage almost at the end of the day. A two-page list of parts and labour and huge figure at the end of it. I said "no way", can they prioritise it and give me a better price, which they did, but still too high. Argh.

The evening seems a blur now. I actually worked for a few hours. Great to hear that SweetArt has arrived safely in the UK to what seems to be a heatwave! At least is wasn't raining. :)
