Camellia......

A dreadful time for Mimosa Jury to decide to unfurl her pretty petals, it's cold and going to be frosty, she'll age elegantly and quickly but there are many more buds at various stages on the bush so all is not lost. Must say it's lovely looking out of the lounge window and seeing some colour other than green and white from Cinnamon Cindy.

Mimosa Jury is a Felix Jury hybrid, her perfectly formal blooms are pastel pink with cream tones in the centre and is always neat and tidy.

Thanks to BikerBear for continuing to host Flower Friday, I think this month is 'twist free' - no twist.

It's wonderful to have a calm day, so quiet after the wild, windy weather of the last couple of days but passing showers have rolled on through with mostly a heavy sky. I wandered round the garden picking up branches and twigs from neighbouring trees but I didn't last long as it was so bitter. I'm hoping for some warmer days over the weekend.
