Guarding the gateway

This evening  I enjoyed a quick walk in search of a blip. I spotted this common Garden spider on a gate into the local park so grabbed a couple of shots.
Many thanks for the birthday wishes yesterday a nice relaxing evening and more of the same tonight. I have work in the morning and then hoping the weather clears up so I can go in search of a blip.
