Emergency Flowers

Nearly forgot to post today, so a quick shot of some of the flowers I bought myself yesterday saved the day (and it is Flower Friday!)

Strange day with warm winds this morning which dried a washing of towels in no time, followed by very heavy rain for the rest of the day.  Not ideal conditions for paint to dry, as TJ has done the paintwork in the study today and the smell is strong throughout the house.

The plan is to do the papering tomorrow, but my plans have a way of being scuppered, so we shall see:-)
