It was my boss' birthday on Friday.  This sunflower is for her.

Yes its the bud from the 4th September and as expected it is a sun flower

The weather has been very grey today.  We were so lucky in Brighton when we celebrated her birthday.

I've worked from home today and now I am on holiday but it seems strange as Mr F is away and doesn't return until tomorrow.

I've been watching the paralympics. It is very moving watching the people that have over come their disability to do so well. I've just watched the blind ladies running with their guides.  It must be hard to have such confidence in someone else.
