Mind Games

I like this monster sudoku puzzle that appears in the paper on Saturdays. This one was supposed to take 30 mins - I've been at it for two days now. Not sure if this one is difficult or my concentration has not been as good!

Went out for a run again at lunchtime -running for three minutes and walking for only one this time. Made it round but very tired.
