Up to my old tricks

Smoked trout loaded on my bike rack destined for my butcher, who cuts and vacuum packs them for me.

They're big fish and the tails hanging out the back provide amusement to 2 Christchurch suburbs as I bike to the butcher. Or at the very least a double take at intersections ;-)

All good, there and back. The packs are now washed clean, labelled and stacked in plastic containers in the fridge.
