Heatwave.

I found a tiny fly on a decaying rudbeckia for Tiny Tuesday.
Oh yes and we had a tiny heatwave too. It lasted for a couple of hours this afternoon, then all broke down in thunder lightning and torrential rain. Now it's a lovely sunny but pleasantly warm evening.
