Toasted Water

Malvern Spa Association dinner tonight. I'm not entirely sure how we got involved with the MSA other than by way of buying the house they used to have their Halloween parties in.  A friendly crowd with a worthy mission to preserve the various wells here, though the event itself was something from an earlier century with toasts and speeches; a trifle incongruous in a pub. 

Still, it was a way to sample the fare of a pub we'd been meaning to get around to. (Conclusion of which was that any of us could do a better veggie lasagne... I don't think veggie is their forte).
