Tiny Tuesday: Last of the Summer

I managed to catch this little hoverfly sunbathing in the late Summer sunshine this morning.  The season is on the turn and it will all too shortly be time to say goodbye to these tiny little flying insects until next year.  

It was back to work today, after my few days away in Spain.  I have just about managed to survive the shock to the system. It is hard not to be slightly sad that the holiday season is over, still there will be other trips to look forward to in due course.  In the meantime I need to try to make a big effort in catching up with Blip, having been effectively absent for a week or so....
