Lots of jobs

Today it's been work, work and more work, but that's not too unusual.
I do get days off when I go out and about with the bike so can't complain. Today was some preparation for winter. After cutting down the top of the hedge at the front (blip), you can see the difference between the right hand side and the left, we did the table and chairs. We were going to pack away the table and chairs yesterday but as soon as I cleared the shed, ready to stack everything neatly inside, it poured down for the rest of the day.
Today was glorious so first we had to clean off all of the chairs and the table (top and underneath) they were all rubbed with teak oil to protect them and stop them drying out. It's a big table (folds down) and 10 folding chairs so it was no mean task.
Another job was taking the radiator cover out of the hallway, sand it and spray paint it with grey to match the other items we did last week. Marlane did the spraying, plus some candlesticks she hunted for last night. Oh, and did a bit of shopping and delivered a birthday card to our great nephew. It's been a busy day!
And then I cut the lawns this evening. Relaxing with Blipfoto now :-)
