On Top of the World

After a rather gruelling, but ultimately productive morning meeting, made lunch for everyone - Velma's peanut chicken stew. Then took guests off to walk on the boardwalk beside the river, and up to the viewing tower - the visibility was wonderful - stood there on top of the world and put it to rights.

The curving wall highlighted by the evening sun is the one our daughter jumped off a few weeks ago; another lifetime...

And then another meeting tonight, followed by a beer in the square, which is why I'm posting this after midnight.
