The humble dahlia

Another morning of shopping to get Ben some final things for his new 'home'!

Again David has been amazing in getting us to places and being very patient while we make decisions.

Had the rest of the evening home, with David and Eileen (Blip - RachelWhyNot) and very pleasant it was. Lovely weather again, so we had some time in the garden. Here's one of David's beautiful dahlias.

It's been good to be able to talk through the emotions of what is happening. Eileen herself has had two boys, and can appreciate what I'm going through.

Thankfully, I know them both VERY well, the last 17 years to be exact, so I feel comfortable to get teary in their presence.

Got to watch BakeOff at the same time as UK blippers today. Very sad to see BBC is not going to be the home of GBBO anymore. We won't be able to get it in Hong Kong, as I watch it on BBC entertainment there :(.
