Abstract Thursday - Squares in Architecture

Today I spent an enjoyable hour with a friend at the Budleigh Literary Festival. We were listening to Hilary Mantel narrate one of her short stories called 'In a right state'  It was very amusing and set in an A&E hospital.  

The talk took place in a local church and before it started I was looking for any architectural squares for my blip without any sucess. On the way out though I looked down at the floor to see this combination of tiling and metalwork.
