Quercy Skyline

We left a rainy Loire region behind this morning and headed south. The rain reduced and at 1.30 we stopped at a parking aire and were able to sit in the sun at a picnic table and make ourselves a sandwich with some bread and the remaining cheese. It was a pleasant journey with some autoroute but much of it on A roads. We're now in the Aveyron region close to the Parc Naturel Regional des Causses du Quercy. We're in a lovely little hotel right out in the wilds. Our room is a little stone barn in the grounds and my blip is the view of Faycelles vilage on the skyline. Supper was on the terrace of the restaurant with the same view as the sun went down. I've included a fairly shaky shot of the skyline here with some others from a wander round the environs this evening.

I'm pleased to say the wifi is a bit better here and it's available in our room.
