post one day early birthday fete (cake in extra) went for a walk up into the water tower where you have seen any number of images - someone had this neat installation with the red billowing in the breeze, weird sounds throughout the tower, and a sense of mystery - which is what artist said she wanted.  


     visually stunning, which is what counts!
